• Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders exceeding a certain amount, details of which will be provided during the ordering process.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Return Window: You can return or exchange an item within 14 days from its delivery date, provided it is in its original condition.
• Condition of Items: Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags) for returns or exchanges.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to change of mind.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please send a picture to our customer support team immediately for prompt resolution.
• Cotton Shrinkage: Normal cotton shrinkage (4-6%) is expected. Significant shrinkage beyond this, indicative of a manufacturing issue, is covered by our quality guarantee.
